Yes. There's no subscription, no listing fee, no per-enquiry charge. Our 2.5% comes off each escrow release — so you only pay when you've actually been paid. On a R 95,000 venue booking you keep R 92,625.
SA ID or passport, proof of address (under 3 months old), and a bank confirmation letter. For companies, also a CIPC registration document. Verification usually takes 1–3 business days, and payouts up to R 25 000 work with light-touch verification.
Each milestone you deliver triggers a couple authorisation request. Once they authorise, funds are released to your FICA-verified bank account within 1 business day. Standard split: 20% deposit on booking, 40% one month before, 40% on delivery.
SA's Consumer Protection Act limits how much you can retain. Our cancellation policy templates (Flexible / Moderate / Strict) are all CPA-compatible. The escrow holds the funds until both sides agree on a refund split.
No. Sole proprietors can list. You'll just need a personal SA bank account in your own name and an SA ID. If you're VAT registered, add your VAT number for SARS-compliant invoicing; if not, no problem.
POPIA compliance is built into the platform — consent capture, audit trails, encrypted messaging, data subject requests. We can also handle your Information Officer registration with the Information Regulator on your behalf.
Yes. Pausing hides your listing from search but keeps your profile and active bookings intact. When you unpause, your search ranking returns. Useful for school holidays, restoration periods, or while fully booked.
